Welcome to BAIT RLGN. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

PRODUCTS
BAIT RLGN sells fishing swimbaits, fishing accessories and apparel. Due to the nature of these products, slight variations in appearance may occur.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. BAIT RLGN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

PRICING
All prices are listed in your current country status currency and may change without notice.

SHIPPING
Shipping is handled by third-party carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details regarding BAIT RLGN shipping policy. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. 

USE OF PRODUCTS
Products must be used safely and as intended. BAIT RLGN is not responsible for misuse or misguided use. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 
All branding, product designs, and content produced by BAIT RLGN are owned by BAIT RLGN and may not be used without permission.

LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

SHIPPING POLICY 

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur during high-demand drops or promotions. Delays can also be caused if items are on back-order which you will be notified with 1-3 business days from order placement. 

SHIPPING METHOD
We use Australia Post domestically and internationally. However, Australia Post engage an international shipping partner which we have no control over and take no responsibility for given it is our control. 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to external factors out of our control such delays, domestic/international governing laws and so forth. 

TRACKING
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched. If not received, please contact us at admin@baitrlgn.com so we can provide this as soon as possible. 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. BAIT RLGN will not take responsibility for the incorrect address provided. If BAIT RLGN is contacted before the parcel is posted, BAIT RLGN will make the change. However, if BAIT RLGN is not contacted immediately and the parcel has been shipped, BAIT RLGN will take no responsibility for this. If the parcel is posted to the incorrect address and cannot be retrieved, the parcel will be deemed as lost with no compensation. If the parcel can be retrieved and returned to BAIT RLGN, an additional postage fee will be charged and must be paid before re-shipping the item.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Domestic Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us via email (admin@baitrlgn.com) so that we can investigate the matter. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

International Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us via email (admin@baitrlgn.com) so that we can investigate the matter to assist. All international orders are shipped with signature on delivery, meaning it will not be delivered unless it has been signed for to prevent parcels being lost/stolen. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue to the best of our ability however, PLEASE NOTE BAIT RLGN will take no responsibility for lost items or damaged items for international shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs duties and import taxes may/will apply and are the responsibility of the customer. BAIT RLGN is not responsible for releasing your item at customs, this is the customers responsibility to do so and must do so immediately. If the parcel is returned to BAIT RLGN from international customs, the shipping will be re-charged to the customer and will not be re-shipped until the re-shipment charges are paid.

PLEASE NOTE BAIT RLGN will take no responsibility for lost, damaged or unreleased parcels at customs.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
All domestic & international orders are based on signature on delivery. However, BAIT RLGN will take no responsibility for the incorrect personnel signing for the parcel – please ensure you dedicate the right person to sign for your parcel.

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.


Anything purchased from BAIT RLGN that has been used is not eligible for return.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect on receival, contact us with proof of purchase and photos so we can begin resolving the matter for you.  

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

RETURNS PROCESS
To start a return, email admin@baitrlgn.com with your order number.
